Our French Dyed Chiffon Fabric is dyed exclusively in France. A light weight sheer fabric with a plain weave. The Ivory example coordinates beautifully with our Ivory standard weight Crepe Backed Satin Fabric as well as our stunning Silk Organza Collection.

Because of the slippery nature of this amazing fabric, it can be difficult to work with. Do not let this put you off as the end result will not disappoint! The key is to work very slowly with the gorgeous fabric. When you are cutting out and sewing, place it on a non-slip surface. Ensure your machine needle is new and sharp. Typically this wonderful fabric is also ideal for making stunning blouses, scarves, trouser suits with matching tops, dresses and lingerie.
