Most of our fabrics ship direct from James Hare in Leeds, guaranteeing authenticity, and ensuring a swift and efficient delivery to you, regardless of where you are based.
FABRICS - UK ONLY - Same or next day dispatch on in-stock orders placed before 11 am (Mon - Thur).
SAMPLES - 2nd class via Royal Mail.

Tracking, when it becomes available, will be added to your order - log into your account to check progress. Most fabrics are sent via UPS Courier. All orders are tracked, insured, and a signature required on delivery.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies used, all weights will be rounded up to the next part of/full kg. We reserve the right to charge extra for heavy items.
RETURNS
We are unable to accept returns on items which have been custom made especially for you, items that have been cut to order such as fabrics, or wallcovering orders.
Fabrics - Returns are accepted for any faulty James Hare Fabric within 14 days. Fabrics can only be returned if they have been uncut, and not altered or marked in any way, by you or your designer - It is your responsibility to check you are happy with the fabric BEFORE proceeding with your project.
