We can ship to virtually any address in the world. There may be restrictions on some products for some countries - if in doubt please ask us. Import taxes and currency conversion rates are 100% the responsible of the customer.
Please also note that shipping rates for most items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next part of/full kg. We reserve the right to charge extra for heavy items.

Tracking, when available, will be added to your order - log into your account to check progress.
All Silk is sent via UPS Courier in the UK and is charged at cost (we do not take profit from shipping). All orders are tracked and insured and a signature required on delivery.
All items sent outside UK are shipped via Royal Mail tracked, insured and signed for on delivery.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery after notifying us and receiving the appropriate paperwork and returns number for an exchange, store credit or refund - returns will not be accepted without this. We'll pay the return shipping costs where the return is as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. which you have notified us about within 48hrs of taking receipt of goods) Damaged in transit goods to include defective packaging. Please note - Silk can only be returned if it has been uncut and not altered in any way by you or your designer.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account and follow the relevant links. You will receive a returns authorisation number which must be clearly stated on the reverse of your return package together with your order number and address. If you fail to do so you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. Items must be returned under insured transit – an exchange, credit or refund cannot be made if goods are received damaged and uninsured. Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer's fault, you will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
